I'm Clara — a BACP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Clifton, Bristol. I've been working with individuals for over ten years, supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
My training is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches — including person-centred therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic work — to find what genuinely helps each person I work with. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.
Before retraining as a therapist, I worked in the NHS as a mental health support worker. That experience shapes how I work: I care deeply about accessibility, and I keep a small number of reduced-fee places available for those who need them.
